*Job Description*

The new Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager, other Managers and supervisors to continue to make K1 Speed not just a great place to visit, but also to work.

* *Full time, permanent position*
* *Approx. 40-44 hours per week*
* *Must have open availability including weekends*

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to:

* Training - support our trainers. new hires and existing employees
* Corrective actions - work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions
* Cash handling - prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits
* Customer service - work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service
* Safety - ensure that all customer and employees are following the safety processes
* Policies and procedures - follow, train, maintain and updates
* Audits and reports - independently complete audits and reports
* Marketing - promote K1 Speed using different methods
* Employee relations - support employees as needed

Qualifications

* High school diploma or post-secondary school degree
* 1 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
* Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive
* 3 years of experience in customer service
