Position: Educational Assistant
Location: Creston, BC

CHEK ABC is a Christian Home Education and On-Line school with students across BC. Our central office is located in beautiful Nelson.
_*Position Overview:*_
We are looking for a passionate Educational Assistant to work with elementary students in Creston, BC, in a home education context. This position is in person for 16hours per week.
_*Qualifications:*_
* Candidates need to have good interpersonal, communication and organization skills and work independently.
* The candidate needs to be able to be kind, firm and set reasonable boundaries and stick to them.
* Preferences given to candidates with computer skills (Brightspace or willing to learn), Special Education or Tutoring experience.
* Experience working with children shall be considered an asset.
* Must reside in Creston, BC area or within a one-hour driving distance
