This is an opportunity to drive innovation in a dynamic, multi-year modernization initiative.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of Salesforce and nCino solutions, ensuring alignment with TD standards and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, guide development, and enforce best practices.Conduct system analysis, resolve technical issues, and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and reliability.Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.Deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining high standards for quality and security.Support agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:8 years of experience in Salesforce development, design, and architecture4 years with Financial Services Cloud2 years designing and building Omni Components4 years of nCino design and development4 years with Salesforce DevOps processes4 years working in scaled agile environments5 years mentoring junior developersStrong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking skillsExperience with Bitbucket/Git, Eclipse, RAD, JIRA, and ConfluenceMulesoft experience is an assetUniversity/college degree or equivalent work experienceWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
