Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent coordinates and maintains operating room schedule.REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma plus an additional administrative support course or program of six months to one year, or the equivalent, which includes keyboard entry;Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit); One (1) year of related work experience is required; Knowledge with Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalit� Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
