Location(s): Fergus

Hours: Working Monday-Thursday 10-3 and very occasionally on a weekend day

Position Description:

To be the right-hand person of a busy Real Estate Salesperson.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will be a well rounded, articulate, professional individual. Your duties will include:

· Keeping me on track by being a leader and maintaining organization, taking charge of client engagement software to keep us in touch with clients, using Matrix to research homes, prepare Real Estate reports for presentations, and print listings for showings.

· Using Microsoft Office Suite for various activities.

· Creating letters, shopping for client gifts, and preparing buying and listing packages. You will maintain client databases, support my marketing efforts including creating pop by gifts, arranging client parties, sending personal notes, and executing on other marketing strategies as determined. You will sometimes be required to drive to client's homes to pick up or deliver items, put up open house signs, accompany photographers, and run some personal errands as needed.

· You feel completely at home initiating conversations with clients. You are a go getter, a self starter, who is hyper responsible, and who excels at listening and gauging my, and my client?s needs.

· You will be responsible for the ?customer experience?, from communication through the listing or buying process, through to assessing needs pre-closing, and client care post-closing including soliciting client reviews and referrals.

· Being up on the latest social media platforms and updating and researching to create content.

· You are a warm, genuine and caring individual who relates well to a wide range of people, takes initiative to keep yourself busy, comes up with new ideas and also takes instruction well.

Qualifications:

Prefer College diploma/University degree
Required minimum 3 years working experience in office administration and/or real estate administration
Experience using WEBForms and Matrix is an asset
Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Ability to multi-task
Excellent organization & time management skills
Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), email and internet

High priority placed on Loyalty, attention to detail, quick learner, and the ability to initiate new projects.

Must be able to stay busy/content in an often unsupervised workplace.

Job Type: Part-time (approx. 20 hrs per week)
