Accounting Clerk

*We are looking for a Full-time Accounting Clerk for our busy oilfield office. *

_*Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:*_

* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
* Ability to maintain a positive cooperative attitude and function well under stress.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
* Ability to follow direction from owners, senior staff and tech support.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
* Must be organized.
* Must work well alone and as a team.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency using MS Office.
* Knowledge & proficiently entering orders/invoices into Open Ticket & Open Invoice.
* Minimum 3 years Accounting experience.
* _Axon Trucking software an asset._

_*Duties will include but not limited to:*_

* Filing, copying and answering the office phone.
* Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable entries.
* Reconciliation of accounts.
* Entering invoice data into Open Ticket and Open Invoice.
* Perform all other tasks assigned by the ownership and senior staff.

_*Pay: $25 - $30 per hour.*_

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
