Account Manager - Sales

MYC Media designs, manufactures, and installs *custom signage, fleet graphics, and branded environments* for businesses across Ontario.

We are hiring an *Account Manager* to help manage incoming opportunities, develop client relationships, and ensure projects move smoothly from quote to completion.

This role sits at the intersection of *sales, client service, and project coordination*.

What You Will Do

* Manage inbound client inquiries and project requests
* Understand client needs and recommend solutions
* Follow up on opportunities and close projects
* Coordinate internally with design, production, and installation teams
* Maintain relationships with existing clients
* Identify opportunities for additional work within accounts

Success in this role requires *attention to detail, communication, and strong follow-through*.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience in *sales, account management, or project coordination*
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Comfort working with business clients and decision makers

Experience in *signage, printing, construction, fabrication, or project-based industries* is a strong advantage.
