We are seekingdynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. *Responsibilities*

* Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities.
* Manageportfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
* Lead negotiations to close high-value deals, demonstrating excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility among enterprise clients.
* Conduct detailed analysis of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
* Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and account information accurately.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance to deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with client objectives.
* Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to overall sales strategy.

*Qualifications*

* 5-7 years proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management withintechnology or enterprise solutions environment.
* Strong negotiation skills withtrack record of closing complex deals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
* Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to interpret market data and client needs effectively.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
* Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to enterprise sales growth isplus.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
* Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
