*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented residential Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, and services of windows in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Have your own tools, truck, crews, ability to perfome measurements of windows and doors (with jamb size, brickmold size, casing size ). Must have tools, own crew, breaking machine, willing to measuring jobs.

*Responsibilities*
* Install, and replace windows according to specifications and building codes. .
* Utilize various tools and equipment effectively to complete installation tasks.
* Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and secure for optimal performance.
* Perform caulking and sealing to prevent air and water leaks.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, office representatives , to ensure project completion.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

*Skills*
* Proficient in carpentry techniques related to window and doors installation.
* Strong skills in caulking and sealing for weatherproofing installations.
* Experience with drywall repair related to window openings.
* Knowledge of construction painting techniques for finishing touches post-installation (if need it)
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.

Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
