We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our in-office team in Oakville. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage the daily operations of the warehouse while supporting event logistics and maintaining inventory accuracy.

*Responsibilities:*
* Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
* Oversee the pick, pack, and ship process for outgoing orders
* Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficiency and safety
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
* Support event logistics, including setup for tournaments and related activities
* Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate task delegation
* Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with health and safety standards

*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role;
* Two or more years of experience managing or supervising a team
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Familiarity with inventory management systems or tools
* Ability to lift and handle warehouse materials
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical, on-site environment
* Flexibility to support event-related duties as needed
* Bachelor?s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)

This is an on-site position based in our Oakville office. Candidates must be available to work in-office during regular business hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
