*Job Description:*
* Manage the warehouse.
* Lead a team of 30-50 employees from diverse backgrounds.
* Ensure efficient and accurate processing of warehouse.
* Implement and maintain warehouse processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
* Provide regular reports and updates.
* Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns and provide guidance.
* Comply with all Health / Safety / Security programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
* Ensure adequate training of staff. Keep teams up to date with daily operational issues, priorities, and tasks.

*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and tools.
* Familiarity with warehouse processes and inventory management, with skills in stocktaking and data recording.
* Problem-solving skills, able to remain composed in fast-paced environments and handle anomalies.
* Adherence to safety standards, possessing strong work ethics and a sense of responsibility.
* Good time management and leadership skills, maintaining order in a busy environment.
* Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
