Reporting to our Canada Operations Lead, you?ll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are packed with care, inventory is accurately tracked, and the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Receive incoming shipments and unpack merchandise
* Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards
* Maintain clean and organized workstations and stock areas
* Assist with inventory counts and restocking
* Update inventory logs using our warehouse management system
* Follow SOPs and daily task lists assigned by the Operations Lead
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals



*Qualifications & Skills*
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Comfortable using basic digital tools (for inventory tracking, Shopify updates, etc.)
* Prior warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is an asset but not required
* Must be able to lift 20?25 lbs
* Required: Ability to operate a pallet jack
