VFX project manager

Global Consulting & Engineering company with physical presence in 17 countries is currently seeking an experienced *Project Manager* to join their team.

_Key Responsibilities:_

* Manage *fiberglass blade damage assessment and repair strategies*.
* Coordinate *drone inspections* for wind turbine blades and composite structures.
* Oversee *anti-icing system troubleshooting and repairs*.
* Plan and manage *materials and resources for composite repairs*.
* Support on-site repair teams and ensure *safety and quality standards*.
* Maintain *project documentation, KPIs, and stakeholder communication*.

_Requirements:_

* *Bachelor?s degree* in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
* *5+ years of project management experience* in wind energy *or *composite repair.
* Proven expertise in *fiberglass blade repairs, inspections, and logistics*.
* Knowledge of *composite materials and repair techniques*.
* Familiarity with *drone inspection technologies*.
* Strong *organizational, resource planning, and communication skills*.
* *English required; French preferred*.
