Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours Inc. located at 109 ? 829 10th Street, Canmore, AB T1W 0C3 is recruiting a dedicated and energetic Tour Guide Supervisor to oversee and support our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in the stunning Canadian Rockies. You?ll play a hands-on role, leading by example and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The wage offered is $24.00 per hour working an average of 35 ? 44 hours per week. This is a seasonal full-time position. Benefits including extended health, vision and dental and are available after 3 months of employment. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and shift rotations. We require a candidate who has at least 1 to 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role.

*Duties and Responsibilities*

* Supervise and coordinate tour guide staff in a rural, remote setting
* Create and manage work schedules and procedures
* Perform all duties of a tour guide as needed
* Train and onboard new staff in safety, customer service, and company policies
* Resolve workplace and customer service issues
* Maintain equipment and systems, arranging repairs as needed
* Requisition materials and supplies
* Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve service and efficiency
* Assist clients/guests with special needs.

*Requirements and Qualifications*

* Minium of 1 to 2 years in a similar supervisory role
* Completion of high school diploma or GED certificate
* Must have standard first aid and level C CPR certificates
* Proficiency in MS Outlook
* Must be able to work on-site in a rural, outdoor environment. Remote work is not available.
* Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and shift rotations.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication
