Dream Tips & Beauty is a modern, newly renovated salon located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, near Yonge-Bloor and Yonge-Wellesley subway stations. We?re currently looking for *professional and experienced Eyelash Specialists* to join our growing team.

As a Lash Technician, you?ll provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a positive experience for every client. You?ll also contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment. This is a *full-time, commission-based position*?a perfect opportunity to work in a beautifully updated space, be part of a positive workplace culture, and grow with a thriving beauty brand.

*What We?re Looking For:*

* Certified in *Classic, Hybrid, and Volume* lash extensions (minimum 2 years of experience)
* Skilled in performing high-quality lash applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
* Professional, reliable, punctual, and client-focused
* Strong attention to detail with a team-oriented and positive attitude
* Confident consulting with clients to recommend suitable lash styles based on their preferences
* Ready to build and maintain a loyal clientele
* Comfortable upselling additional services or products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals
* Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Willing to assist with front desk tasks (e.g., cashing out, rebooking clients, maintaining client records)
* Comfortable taking high-quality photos of your work for social media and portfolio use
* Up to date with the latest lash and beauty trends to provide informed recommendations

*Skills & Requirements:*

* Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience in upselling services/products within a beauty or retail setting is a plus
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for the beauty industry
* Must be a team player and comfortable working collaboratively
