Strawberry Services is a small, family-run gas station and convenience store located in Kinuso, Alberta. We serve local residents, nearby First Nations communities, and a notable number of interprovincial and international visitors during the summer season. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused *Retail Sales Supervisor* to manage daily sales operations and support a small team.

The Retail Sales Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, assign tasks and schedule shifts, train and support employees, and ensure high standards of customer service. The Supervisor will maintain inventory levels, organize displays, handle customer inquiries and complaints, process transactions using a point-of-sale system, prepare basic sales reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures and Alberta occupational health and safety requirements. The role also involves ensuring the premises are clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.

Completion of secondary school is required. A minimum of one (1) year of retail or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership abilities, sound organizational skills, basic computer and POS system knowledge, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and handle light merchandise.

*Language requirements / assets:* English is required. Fluency in *French* is a strong asset. Knowledge of *Spanish* is also considered an asset due to the seasonal international and European clientele we receive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 ? 44 per week
