We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to achieve excellence. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints
- Manage tables, seating, and service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Support management in implementing policies and procedures
- Handle cash handling and payment processes
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Restaurant management certification or training
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant software
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and menu pairing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
