registered early childhood educator (RECE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated supply Registered Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Educator to join our childcare centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Requirements:
* Must be living in Hamilton
* Not a student
* Does not require sponsorship
* Degree in Early Childhood Education / Early Childhood Assistant / Teaching
* Regisitered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE)
* 2+ years of experience working in a childcare setting
* Strong demonstrated ECE knowledge
* Knowledge of developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for children from infant to kindergarten age
* Teamwork Skills
* Communication skills, ability to express self well, confident
* Mentoring/Coaching ? the ability to give feedback constructively
* Interpersonal skills ? can interact with others in an encouraging way and can work in a team
* Organizational skills ? very detailed, has methods to stay organized

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
