*Key Responsibilities*

As a *Full-Time Realtor / Real Estate Agent*, you will:

* Represent clients in *buying, selling, and leasing real estate*
* Guide buyers through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings
* Assist sellers with pricing, staging, marketing, and listing presentations
* Conduct open houses and property tours
* Generate and convert leads into active clients (leads provided personal prospecting)
* Stay updated on local *real estate market trends, property values, and new listings*
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

*Requirements*

* Valid *Real Estate License* in Alberta (Required)
* *1 year experience* as a Realtor / Real Estate Agent (transaction experience preferred)
* Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed by clients
* Tech-savvy: able to use CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools

*Compensation*

* 100% Commission-Based (no salary)
