*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential/commercial/mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all regulatory and financial responsibilities are met efficiently.
_*Key Responsibilities:*_
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more properties.
* Handle tenant relations including leasing, renewals, and resolving complaints or issues.
* Ensure properties are properly maintained and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and
* renovations.
* Enforce lease terms and manage rent collections, including handling late payments and initiating evictions when necessary.
* Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Market available spaces for prospective tenants and coordinate showings.
* Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* Conduct regular property inspections.
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
_*Qualifications:*_
* Proven experience as a property manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of property management and tenant-landlord laws.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* The ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities under pressure.
* Bachelor?s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
* Property Management certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
