property manager

The Condominium Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of residential condominium properties in the greater Calgary/Canmore area, looking after the day to day organization of required work projects and finances for each corporation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, attending and sometimes hosting Condominium Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings. This role acts as the liaison between The Board of Directors and all other parties (including, but not limited to, owners and suppliers). The Condominium Manager in addition to the scrutiny and oversight of day to day finances will be responsible for the creation, preparation and presentation of budgets and financial statements. This position is not the same as being a Handyman on sight or a Rental Property Manager who rents units.

Qualifications:

??- Priority will be given to candidates with at least 3 years previous Property Management experience, particularly in a Condominium Management

??- Must be able to communicate ideas and thoughts effectively and have good numeracy skills.

??- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required to be successful in a fast- paced environment with tight deadlines.

??- Must have acute mental ability to learn quickly and make effective independent decisions quickly in high pressure situations.

??- Candidates must be fluent in English (written, spoken and reading skills)

- Strong computer and typing skills

??- A valid driver s license is required as is your own vehicle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
