*Mancor Industries* is a world class precision manufacturer of metal components and sub-assemblies that uses state of the art machining and fabrication techniques to produce high value add, cost effective products for our strategic partners in the North American Truck and Heavy Duty equipment industries.

*Brake Press Operator*

\*must be able to effectively read and interpret blueprints / schematics to perform accurate set-ups

\*able to interpret precise measuring instruments. (radius gages, vernier, height stand) to check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications

\*able to set-up machines based on job requirements, using fixtures, backstop adjustments, ram adjustments etc.

\*able to make adjustments to programs and tooling to produce quality product

\*able to load/unload tooling and set-up equipment

\*must have good communication skills - excellent command of the English language

\* ability to train and mentor new and existing staff in the brake press department

\*mathematically inclined

\*problem solving skills

\*attention to detail

\*knowledge of Cincinnati and Pacific brake presses an asset
