*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
* Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or concerns from patrons.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
* Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
* Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a pizza or Italian cuisine setting.
