* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
* Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
* Participate in catering events as required, showcasing culinary skills in various settings.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza preparation or fine dining environments.
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling practices.
* Experience in menu planning and meal preparation is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with dietary department operations or dietary aide experience is a plus.
* Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
