About the Role
Harbour Sixty is seeking a *professional full-time Pastry Cook* to join our elite culinary team for dinner service. As one of Toronto?s most iconic fine dining establishments, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in every detail ? from our signature steaks to our world-class desserts.
The ideal candidate will be *organized, efficient, and confident* in executing multiple plated desserts during a fast-paced dinner service. You should have a strong technical foundation, refined plating skills, and the ability to maintain composure and precision under pressure.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum *2 years of experience* in a premium or fine dining restaurant, focused on pastry or dessert production
* Strong understanding of pastry fundamentals, organization, and timing
* A professional attitude and commitment to consistency and quality
* Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a full-time schedule
