*Job Summary:*

Our Client is seeking a skilled *Painter* to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for finishing custom and cabinet doors, ensuring high-quality standards in staining, painting, and finishing processes. This role requires precision, efficiency, and attention to detail to meet customer specifications and production schedules.

*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare cabinet doors and other wooden surfaces for painting and finishing by sanding, priming, and sealing.
* Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes according to project requirements.
* Apply paints, stains, and lacquers using Kremlin HVLP spray equipment.
* Ensure consistent quality and smooth finishes, free from drips, bubbles, or imperfections.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols for handling and disposing of materials.
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
* Operate and maintain painting equipment, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.
* Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

*Qualifications & Skills:*
* *Experience:* Minimum 2 years of experience in wood finishing, cabinetry, or furniture painting.
* *Technical Knowledge:* Familiarity with different types of wood coatings, stains, and finishing techniques.
* *Equipment Proficiency:* Experience using spray guns, HVLP systems, and other painting tools.
* *Attention to Detail:* Ability to achieve a high-quality finish with precision.
* *Physical Requirements:* Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
* *Team Player:* Ability to collaborate effectively with other production team members.
* *Safety Awareness:* Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and proper handling of chemicals and coatings.

Pay: $17.68-$20.00 per hour
