*Overview*

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and elevating the daily operations of the Calgary warehouse and repack teams, as well as supporting third-party logistics (3PL) operations. You will report directly to the Food Safety & Operations Manager, with a dotted line to both the Regional Warehouse Manager and the Operations & Production Supervisor. You will directly supervise the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborate closely with the repack and 3PL teams to ensure operational alignment. You will lead the execution of key operational activities with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless support across multiple revenue streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing a high-performing, engaged team that thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. With a deep understanding of business needs, you will bridge strong working relationships with cross-functional departments, storage facilities, and external partners to ensure that operational objectives are consistently met and exceeded. *Accountabilities*
* Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, positive, and accountable work environment through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development.
* Directly manage and mentor the Warehouse Supervisor, providing ongoing leadership, performance support, and operational oversight to ensure smooth warehouse execution.
* Lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of daily warehouse operations while supporting repack and 3PL operations in a collaborative, non-supervisory capacity to ensure alignment with company standards, performance expectations, and operational efficiency goals.
* Oversee day-to-day activities, including work planning, inventory control, warehouse supply management, and staff scheduling to optimize efficiency, maximize availability, and control costs. Schedule team members for optimal coverage and approve overtime as needed.
