Coldstream Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing company servicing the GTA for residential, commercial & industrial services.

A Plumbing Office Manager oversees the daily operations of a plumbing business, ensuring efficient coordination between clients, plumbers, and office staff. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, processing billing and payments, and maintaining accurate records of work orders and supplies. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of plumbing services. The office manager often assists in inventory management, handles dispatching, oversees compliance with local regulations, and supports both the administrative and operational sides of the business. Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and basic accounting is often essential.

????????Manage and schedule appointments for plumbing services

????????????Dispatch plumbers to job sites and track their schedules

????????????Handle customer service inquiries and resolve complaints

????????????Process invoices, handle billing, and maintain financial records

????????????Coordinate with vendors to maintain stock of plumbing supplies

????????????Ensure compliance with safety and plumbing regulations

????????????Support HR functions, such as payroll, hiring, and training of office staff
