Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment. Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae. Monitor and inspect quality of material produced. Supervisory Experience. Pack items for shipping and distribution. Adjust calender rollers for production line change. Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change. Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products. Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change. Organize and maintain inventory. Trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Manual dexterity. Handling heavy loads. Hand-eye co-ordination.
