*Experience*
* At least 6 months to one year of receptionist/customer service work experience
* Experience working in healthcare settings preferred, with the proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
*Key Accountabilities*
Exceptional Direct Client Care and Customer Service
* Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
* Booking, cancelling, re-scheduling of appointments face to face with patients
* Obtain and process information required to provide superior client care and customer service (in person, on the phone and via email)
* Answer telephone and rely telephone calls and messages
Administrative Support to Physicians
* Receive and issue payments
* Maintain work records and logs
* Other clerical duties assigned
Collaboration within the Clinic
* Work closely as a team with other receptionists and staff
* Work as a liaison between patients and physicians
*Business Equipment and Computer Applications*
Electronic scheduler, PS Suite (training will be provided), social media applications
