*Job Overview*
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained in a dynamic hospitality environment.

*Duties*

* Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
* Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
* Analyze operating costs and other data
* Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
* Create new recipes
* Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as
* banquets
* Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
* Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
* Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies
* Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
* Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
* Leading/instructing individuals

* Exceptional communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service (Serving)
* Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling
* Experience in the food industry with a solid understanding of culinary techniques and trends
* Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and uphold high standards of quality and safety
