Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Calgary, AB (On-site) Reports to: Founder & Managing Director, Capital Sources Salary: $60,000-$80,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week Blueprint Co. is excited to partner with Capital Sources in their search for a full-time, permanent Marketing Specialist. We’re now expanding our reach and looking for a Marketing Specialist who can tell our story with clarity, creativity, and credibility. About the Role Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Director, you’ll be the voice behind our brand, translating complex real estate and financial concepts into content that informs, engages, and inspires. This role blends strategy and execution: you’ll shape our content strategy, lead digital initiatives, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our presence in the market. Working closely with leadership, sales, and design teams, you’ll help position Capital Sources as a thought leader in real estate finance. What You’ll Do Content Creation & Marketing Develop and execute a content strategy, including launching and maintaining a company blog, to position Capital Sources as an industry thought leader and drive organic traffic. Research, write, and edit compelling, high-quality content on topics like Real Estate Finance, Market Reports, Macroeconomics, and Capital Markets. Collaborate with sales and designers to create targeted marketing collateral (pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers) that support lead generation and business development. Website & SEO Lead the redesign of our website to strengthen SEO, UX, and overall digital impact. Keep website content accurate, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. Track content performance metrics and refine strategies to optimize engagement and search visibility. Leverage AI and marketing automation tools to increase productivity and insights. Maintain accurate marketing and lead data in the CRM to support campaign tracking and reporting. Social Media & Public Relations Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels, including LinkedIn, to build awareness and credibility. Monitor social analytics and adjust content strategy for optimal engagement. Get creative with public relations, identifying ways to boost our media presence and keep Capital Sources top-of-mind in the real estate and finance sectors. Editorial & Brand Standards Develop and maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Project Management & Collaboration Lead and coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables, within budget, to ensure successful outcomes. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high quality marketing content and materials. About You You’re a talented storyteller and marketer who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’re comfortable both building from scratch and managing ongoing projects with precision and creativity. You know how to simplify complex ideas, especially in real estate and finance, and turn them into clear, engaging narratives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field. 5 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing. St
