*Job Title: Marketing Manager*

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Marketing Manager* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple platforms to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will also be leading brand initiatives, managing advertising efforts, optimizing digital presence, and driving online and offline marketing activities that align with company goals.

*Responsibilities*

* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation
* Plan, manage, and optimize all marketing campaigns?both digital and traditional?from concept to execution
* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns to maximize ROI
* Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website using platforms like *360 Website Builder* or other CMS tools
* Improve website user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design to ensure strong conversion rates
* Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
* Manage all aspects of the company?s digital presence including website, email marketing, and social media platforms
* Conduct regular analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance using tools like *Google Analytics* and *Hotjar*
* Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and support sales initiatives
* Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar tools
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of marketing expenditures and campaign results
* Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels to support inbound marketing strategy
* Supervise vendor relationships, media buying, and marketing partnerships
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials

*Experience and Qualifications*

* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in *e-commerce* or a digital-first environment
* Strong knowledge of *SEO*, *Google Analytics*, *email marketing*, and digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Experience designing or managing websites, ideally using tools like *360 Website Builder*, WordPress, Wix, or Shopify
* Familiarity with *Adobe Creative Suite* is an asset
* Proven success managing marketing budgets and interpreting performance metrics
* Strong understanding of product marketing, market segmentation, and customer journey
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Everyday Posting one blog on website
* Identify and report competitors violating GMB guidelines
* Track local pack rankings via BrightLocal or similar tools
* Detailed progress report including rankings, citation health, review growth, using BrightLocal
* Pre-populate common questions with keyword-rich answers
* Optimize GMB-linked URLs and implement local business schema markup
* Generate 20 new reviews per location monthly and respond professionally
* Acquire 25 profile backlinks from relevant local and niche directories
* Build 50 new NAP-consistent citations and perform manual citation audit and cleanup
* Upload 10 high-quality images with location metadata and keywords
* 12 keyword-optimized posts monthly (3 posts per week)
* Local map pack & organic competitor monitoring
* Research and target 5 high-value keywords monthly per location
* Complete optimization including descriptions categories, services, service area, and Q&A
