Amaris Medical Centre is a family practice clinic with a growing dedicated medical aesthetics division, offering advanced laser treatments, aesthetic services, and specialized women?s health programs. We also organize menopause conferences and host events to promote our services in the community.
We are seeking a *Marketing Assistant* who is energetic, organized, and people-oriented to help grow our brand, attract new patients, and strengthen community partnerships.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Marketing & Promotion*
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our medical aesthetic services.
* Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for *social media platforms* (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
* Manage *email marketing campaigns* (newsletters, promotions, event reminders).
* Design and coordinate the creation of promotional materials (flyers, posters, brochures).
* Maintain clinic branding consistency across all channels.
*2. Event Support & Conference Coordination*
* Assist with organizing menopause conferences, patient education sessions, and community events.
* Coordinate event logistics: venue setup, registration, promotional booths, and materials.
* Support staff during events to ensure smooth operations.
* Help track attendance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
*3. Community Outreach & Business Development*
* Physically visit local businesses, gyms, spas, salons, and community centers to promote services.
* Distribute flyers, posters, and other materials to increase awareness.
* Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
*4. Patient Engagement*
* Support front desk staff in engaging patients with clinic promotions and special offers.
* Respond to inquiries about events, promotions, and services through email, phone, and social media.
*5. Administrative & Reporting*
* Track marketing metrics (social media engagement, event attendance, campaign outcomes, email open/click rates).
* Maintain databases of contacts, event participants, and community partners.
* Provide regular updates and reports to clinic management.
*Qualifications*
* Diploma in Marketing (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with *social media management, marketing* and *event planning*.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Creative, energetic, and willing to engage directly with the community.
* Previous experience or interest in healthcare and aesthetics is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 ? 15 per week
