We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in restaurant management. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, staff performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment.

*Responsibilities*
* Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and training.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
* Oversee cash handling processes, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
* Utilize POS systems effectively for order management and reporting.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and patronage.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.

*Requirements*
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively.
* Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
* Experience in cash handling procedures.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
