As we scale, we?re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Fractional Marketing Manager to elevate and expand our marketing strategy to support our growth goals



*The Role:*
As our Fractional Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently with a high degree of ownership.



*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage strategic marketing plans across digital channels
* Lead and optimize our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
* Create and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotional emails)
* Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline content creation, research, and optimization
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
* Coordinate with freelance designers or content creators as needed



*What We?re Looking For:*
* Proven marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or DTC environment
* Expertise in social media management and email marketing
* Proficiency with tools like Zoho, HubSpotor similar
* Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content generation, and automation
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Data driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize performance
* Self-starter who can work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table



*Nice to Haves:*
* Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
* Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics
* Design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite)
