About the Role
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. This role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety and regulatory standards. The position requires a valid trade license in either mechanical, electrical, or another relevant field, with the technician reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Duties: Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, ensure compliance with regulations, fabricate/weld plant equipment, maintain maintenance records, support production, and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience preferred; Valid Skilled Trade License required; ability to work overtime on Saturdays; experience in a startup is an asset.
Education Requirements
Valid Skilled Trade License (433A/426A)
