*Summary of Position:*

Yard Associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs. Whether they are loading a customer?s order, processing returns or assisting with a delivery offsite, customer service is their top priority and they will go above and beyond to exceed the customer?s expectations. Yard Associates are positive, energetic individuals who perform strongly in both independent and team environments. Core company values and policies are upheld while aiming to enhance the customer?s shopping experience. Yard Associates may branch off into specialized areas such as Shipping/Receiving, Packaging or Delivery.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
* Firmly understands and maintains company values, policies and procedures
* Demonstrates superior customer service in both individual and team environments
* Displays a positive, enthusiastic demeanor
* Displays strong independent thinking and problem solving skill set
* Organized and punctual
* Capable of heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
* Can maintain a flexible work schedule and work when required
* Ability to understand and carry out oral and written communication
* Forklift experience (recommended but not required)

*Work Hours:*
* Able to maintain a flexible work schedule (Mon-Sat)
* We are closed Sundays and Holidays.
