*Position Summary:*

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating product and service orders from customers? inquiries. You may help in operations as required.



*Key Responsibilities:*
* Receive incoming sales calls and customer inquires;
* Review customer requirements and inventory to provide timely and accurate responses;
* Document any order requirement exceptions taken and confirmed;
* Process timely detailed and accurate quotation responses to the customers;
* Follow up on quotes directly with customers or with the support of the outside sales team;
* Expedite orders to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved;
* Source and purchase buy-ins from suppliers that can meet customer requirements at the best cost while achieving the required quality level;
* Maintain excellent communications with internal departments, customers, and suppliers;
* Receive, pick, and ship products, as required;
* Deliver customer orders, as required;
* Continuously improve product knowledge;
* On-call schedule
* Some weekend work.



*Qualifications*:
* *Sales Experience: *Field Store, Pipe, Flange, Valves, & Fitting and/or energy industry;
* *Work Experience:* mining, industrial, oil field, project supply, and/or fabrication industries;
* *Education: *Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field;
* *Valid Class 5 Driver?s License *and Clean Driver?s Abstract, required;
* Professional demeanor, selling style;
* Comfortable with technology in general, proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP software;
* Effective communication and negotiation skills in dealing with external and internal customers;
* Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills;
* Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical evaluation and drug test.
