industrial mechanic and millwright

Carpenter Canada Co. has an immediate opening for an *Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) *at our Calgary manufacturing plant.

Carpenter Co. is the world's largest producer of comfort cushioning products successfully operating in Calgary AB since 1977.

This position is responsible for *equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, fabrication of structures and mechanical devices in all areas of the plant.*

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:

* Preventative maintenance,
* Assembling machinery and equipment,
* Installing machinery and equipment,
* Adjusting machinery and equipment,
* Repairing machinery and equipment,
* Troubleshooting.

Skills and Requirements:

* 3 - 5 years millwright experience in manufacturing plant.
* Must have Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification.
* Must be available and willing to work on morning and evening shifts.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Forklift and aerial lift certificates is an asset.
* First aid certificate is an asset.
* Red Seal Millwright Certificate is an asset.

Pay: From $41.30 per hour
