This role will involve operating farm machinery, maintaining our yard and shop, and ensuring the success of our farming practices. *Accountabilities*

* Operation of farm machinery that could include spraying, grain cart operation, combine, variety of tractors and farm machinery.
* Maintain and fixing of farm machinery if required.
* Grain transportation (trucking) field to farm and farm to terminal ( valid 1A License required)
* Data Management: Utilize precision agriculture technologies to monitor crop health and yield data, making real- time adjustments to improve productivity.
* Shop inventory and upkeep.
* Special projects (Bin Construction, Field Prep, Grain bagging)
* Other General farm duties as required

*Requirements*

* Minimum 1- 2 years agricultural experience
* Mechanically inclined
* Class 1A driver?s license (Asset)
* Capability to run all farm equipment safely
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
* The ability to work in a team environment
* The willingness to learn
* Willingness to work long hours during seeding and harvest
