Check products and packaging for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards and perform corrective machine adjustments as required. Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Reliability. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you live near the job location?. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening.
