We are seeking an experienced *Financial Controller* to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing accounting records, producing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial strategy.

*Overview/Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage the day-to-day financial operations including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into business performance.
* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
* Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulations
* Supervise accounting team and improve internal controls
* Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
* 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
* Proven leadership and analytical skills
* Experience with Quickbooks and ERP systems
