We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. *Responsibilities*
* Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
* Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service.
* Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during service hours.
* Assist servers by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Maintain an organized dishwashing area to promote safety and efficiency.

*Experience*
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols is a plus.
* A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
* A background in hospitality or hotel services can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
