*Transom a Division of Mestek Canada, an industry leader in manufacturing heat pumps, is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join the team as a Customer Service Representative. A successful candidate must have a high commitment to personal learning and work cohesively with a friendly and knowledgeable team. *Responsibilities:*
* Provides customers with information about products and services and resolves any related issues.
* Attracts potential customers by responding to inquiries about products and services and offering suggestions for additional options.
* Opens customer accounts by recording relevant account information.
* Enters and processes new work orders for production.
* Assists production supervisors with new work order inquiries and supports the engineering team as needed.
* Assists customers with Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information regularly.
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer s complaint, identifying the root cause, selecting the best solution, facilitating corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure the issue has been resolved.
* Recommends potential products or services to management by gathering and analyzing customer information and needs.
* Prepares reports on products or services by collecting and examining customer data.
* Contributes to team efforts by achieving related goals as needed.
* Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the position, as well as any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

*Qualifications & Skills*
* Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)
* Prior customer service experience (preferred)
* Manufacturing experience (an asset)
* Strong attention to detail.
* Superior problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$61,886.53 per year
