*About the Role*

Origin Coast is currently seeking a Cultivation Technician. The Cultivation technician assists leadership with the day-to-day maintenance of the cannabis production facility. The candidate must accurately and efficiently complete the day-to-day production and plant maintenance task requirements.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Cleaning and Sanitizing Propagation, Vegetative, and Flowering Rooms
* Plant Maintenance
* Follow plant protocols and procedures for propagation, veg, and flowering
* Trellising
* Pruning & Canopy Management
* Waste Removal /Shredding
* Data recording and presenting information to leadership
* Follow Health Canada protocols.
* Help maintain the highest standard of cannabis cultivation.

*What You Bring*

* Must be 19+ years old
* High school diploma, or equivalent.
* Post Secondary Education is considered an asset.
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Basic Math Skills
* Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
* Can work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary.

*Site Conditions & Physical Requirements*

* Comfortable with exposure to allergens, chemicals, dust, odours, extreme temperatures, bright lights and a variety of environmental conditions
* Comfortable wearing full personal protective equipment while on the production floor.
* Able to lift, push and pull 35 pounds
* Able to bend, squat or stand for extended periods of time
* Able to use a ladder (up to 12 feet).
