Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Nursing home/home for the aged. Tasks: Provide personal care. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Help clients manage physical illness and disorders. Monitor patients and advise physician of any changes in patients' condition. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. Exercise to maintain physical ability and physical fitness. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you available to start on the date listed in the job posting?.
