*Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced and dependable *Construction Site Worker* to work alongside a small crew on high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a physically active position that involves hands-on work. A strong background in residential construction, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and general renovations is essential. The role requires the ability to manage and carry out the construction of interior walls, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, and other custom features with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

*Duties*

* Construct interior framing, partitions, and drywall assemblies with precision and adherence to building codes.
* Availability for occasional weekend work is required during peak periods and time-sensitive project milestones.
* Install custom flooring, trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry elements with a strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.
* Uphold strict safety standards and ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations.

*Qualifications*

* A valid G-class driver?s license and a vehicle are required.
* Hands-on experience with interior framing, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and general renovations.
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site challenges.
* Proven ability to maintain productivity on the job site.
