* Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
* Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and change calculations.
* Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

*Qualifications*

* Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is advantageous.
* Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal.
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
