_*Key Duties & Responsibilities:*_
* Lead and energize our team to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
* Infuse every corner of our cantina with the vibrant spirit of Mexican culture, from menu offerings to guest interactions and ambiance.
* Drive strategies to meet financial targets, boost profitability, and ensure efficient operations.
* Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.

* Uphold high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring a clean and safe dining experience for everyone.

_*What You Bring to the Table:*_
* Proven experience as a *Restaurant General Manager* or in a similar senior leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment. Experience with Mexican-inspired or themed concepts is an asset.
* A genuine passion for the hospitality industry, a commitment to quality food and beverage, and a natural ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests and Teammates.
* Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and effective sales-building strategies.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and retaining strong, engaged teams.
